Hi, ladies. Iíve also got interested in this thread. Miss J, I would like to ask you, why youíve chosen Ukraine. I don t think itís a nice choice. The country is situated pretty far away. Itís poor and at war at present. You have to know Russian to be able to communicate there. For me, itís not the best choice to go.

Hi, Simple Miracle! Ukraine does have some problems at present, but Kiev is a safe place to go. When we visited it, the city seemed to be quite modern. The clinicís representatives found a nice apartment for us. We were also supplied with the transportation service. Every morning we were driven to the clinic by a VIP-class car. We didnít even have to cook meals as the restaurant food was delivered to our apartment daily. These were the things we liked about the clinic. However, I donít understand why they made us wait in a large queue.

Hi, MissJ. Thanks for your post about Ukraine. My hubby and I plan to visit Ukraine soon, so we worried a little bit whether to visit this country or not. I would like to ask you about the eggs youíre going to use for your program. Will it be fresh or frozen eggs? Can you describe how ED is done in Biotexcom?
P.S. As far as I know, fresh eggs are more effective than frozen ones.

Biotexcom provides its clients with fresh eggs. I think itís awesome. They choose a donor for you. You may even see the donorís 3D photo. Then they prescribe you birth control pills to synchronize your periods with the donorís ones. The fertility specialist determines the date when you need to visit the clinic for the second time. When you come for the second time, your hubbyís sperm will be picked up and used to fertilize the donorís eggs. Iíll have to take hormone medicines. The first pregnancy test is to be done in two weeks. If the test has a positive result, Iíll to take the medicines up to the 12th week of pregnancy.

This is a standard protocol used in most fertility clinics. Nothing special.

I would also expect to have donor eggs from young woman and to have immune testing before hand with possible endometrial receptability testing done as well.

Hi, ladies. Iím here to ask you give me a piece of advice. My egg donation will start in two weeks. I have some problems with my ovaries. Theyíre empty and rarely ovulating. We tried several IVFs and the didnít have any positive results. Finally, we want to do an IVF with a donor oocyte. Dear, should I take any special vitamins to enhance my chances to conceive?

I think you should start by consulting a fertility specialist. Heís the one who will tell you whether to take vitamins or not. It will be nice if you do some tests first. Before visiting our fertility specialist, both my hubby and I did some tests. I did blood and hormone tests. I also passed through several ultrasound checks. My hubby did a sperm test.

Hi, Miss J. Thanks for your message. I quite agree with you and I visited the fertility specialist several days ago. He also asked me to do some medical tests. I reckon Iíll start doing them the following week. My hubby will also do a sperm test next week.
P.S. Hun, will you visit Bitotexcom? Please, share your updates.

We havenít decided what to do further. The clinic seems to have an attractive package of services and low prices. However, we werenít very much happy with the way they served us. Two weeks ago the client manager of this clinic phoned my hubby. They had a frank talk and he told them about the things that made us nervous. The client manager promised to fix everything. She told that the clinic is really too busy with the clients and they plan to open three more offices in Kiev to serve their clients better. A new program manager will be attached to our program and she will have to organize our visit better. I think we may visit them one more time some dayÖ

Hello dear OP! First of all I have to say that this thread was really helpful for me. I'm so sorry about your story. I'm glad you are moving forward. I'm also 36 yo. I was diagnosed with premature menopause. Now I'm looking for information about ivf with donor eggs. How is your journey going? Any news? How do you feel about this clinic? I hope I'll be able to talk to you. How do you feel about the procedure itself? I'm so scared. Iím so sorry for all these questions. I'm new to this and I'm very nervous.
